My name is Sarah Durrant and I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist based in Upper Lambourn, Berkshire. I offer treatments from my home tranquil therapy room in Upper Lambourn which is easily accessible from Wantage, Newbury and Swindon.
Whether you are looking for support with an existing heath condition, want to reduce your day-to-day stress levels or would just like a little "me" time, my aim is to get you feeling happier, healthier and energised with specially-tailored Reflexology treatments. In addition, I would be happy to support clients going through the peri-menopause and/or menopause.
I have a special interest in helping people through their grief and bereavement journey as having lost both my parents over the last couple of years I can relate to this pain. I do not currently have any specialist counselling in this area but am looking to further my knowledge to assist my clients in the future.
About me
I have been a fully qualified reflexologist since 2015. I came across the wonderful treatment following a pamper party at a friend's and fell in love with how relaxed I was in such a short space of time, I decided instantly that I wanted a change of career.
I was fortunate that I had been recently made redundant from working long term in Corporate Administration so decided to commence training immediately. I achieved my ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology at the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine.
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and as such, I am committed to work and maintain their professional standards and codes of practice and ethics. I also have full insurance to practice and any information you give me is held in accordance with GDPR regulations.

I am constantly developing my knowledge as a reflexologist in order to provide the best possible care for my clients. I have also attended the following professional courses:

I am based in Upper Lambourn, Berkshire, which is easily accessible from Lambourn, Baydon, Aldbourne, Eastbury and surrounding areas.
Parking is available on the driveway and my therapy room is located through the gate behind the house.
I also see clients from the wider East Garston, Great Shefford, Shrivenham, Wanborough, Swindon and Wantage area.
